Aftercare & Questions

Please feel free to ask your tattoo artist any/all of your aftercare question before, during or even well after your tattoo. As a rule of thumb we always recommend:

• Leave your bandage on for at least 4 hours.

• Wash your tattoo with warm soapy water until it feels smooth.
  DO NOT use a washcloth, only your freshly washed hand(s)! Rinse clean.

• Pat your tattoo dry with a paper towel and let air dry for 5 minutes.

• After your tattoo is completely dry, apply a tiny amount of Aquaphor to the tattooed are. MAKE SURE THE COVERAGE IS THIN!!!

• Be sure to wash and care for your tattoo like this 3 to 4 times a day for the first few days.

• Once your tattoo begins to peel, apply a good quality, plain, white, fragrance free hand lotion such as Curel or Cetaphil.

• PLEASE DO NOT RE-BANDAGE YOUR TATTOO!

• PLEASE DO NOT SOAK YOUR TATTOO FOR 2 WEEKS (showers are good)!

• ALWAYS WASH YOUR HANDS BEFORE TOUCHING YOUR TATTOO!

• NO SUNLIGHT OR SUNSCREEN FOR THE FIRST 2 WEEKS!

IS THERE A SHOP MINIMUM?
Shop minimum is $100.

HOW MUCH DOES A TATTOO COST?
Tattoos are individual priced and effected by size, detail and placement. Please speak directly with the tattoo artist for an accurate quote.

HOW OLD DO I NEED TO BE TO GET A TATTOO?
In the state of California an individual must be 18 year or old to get tattooed. There is no parental or guardian consent allowed.

DO YOU TAKE WALK-INS?
Walk-ins are always welcome, provided there is an available artist.
